No. All you have to do is REGISTER first, it's free. Just click the REGISTER NOW box on the top right corner and follow the instructions.
You don't pay anything until your item sells. Once you have an auction winner, you will be required to pay the $ 1.99 end of auction fee in order for your transaction to continue.
The buyer won't be able to pay for your item unless you ( the seller ) have paid the End of Auction fee (pls see Site Fees ). If your buyer backs out of the deal, the End of Auction fee is non-refundable. This is beyond our control since we don't have any way of knowing whether your buyer will pay you or not. However, you can definitely report this buyer to us and we will help you resolve the issue. If the buyer is at fault, we will ban the buyer for good.
You will get paid via the PAYPAL account that you entered when you registered ( if this is the form of payment that you like, we expect you NOT to do an "outside deal" - this is a violation of our terms and conditions). You will be notified via e-mail about every activity regarding your listing. You and the buyer can only leave feedbacks about each other if the transaction was completed within the website. This is how you build your reputation as an excellent Seller or Buyer.
There are many ways you can deliver the item, but first make sure that you have been paid.
1. You can ship the item using any mail carrier, we suggest that you use a tracking number. Shipping and handling fee will depend on whether you've charge the customer or you've included it in your final sale price.
2. If both parties are within the city, you can also suggest a pick up for the item or meet in a public place to deliver the item. We highly suggest that you observe precaution when doing it this way, your safety comes first.
Make sure somebody is with you and that the place is safe.
We are not responsible for any crime that might occur during any transaction. If you're in doubt, just ship it.
If you decide to deliver or meet up, make sure that the customer signs a piece of paper that says :
ITEM:____________ ( whatever it is ) delivered to: _________________(customer name) on _______________(date) ; Received and signed: ____________________(by customer).
